There will be a ‘Lunchtime learning’ webinar on working at scale (CPD accredited) on Thursday 3rd May, 13:00 – 14:00
In response to increasing pressure on general practice, some practices are considering working collaboratively, adopting ‘at-scale’ models, and in other areas this is being encouraged by commissioners or STPs. The BMA is not promoting any particular ‘at-scale’ model. However, in areas where change is happening, we believe GPs must be at the forefront, controlling the future of general practice for the benefit of patients and the profession.
This webinar is an opportunity for GPs to:
- Learn about the different models (federations, super-partnerships, primary care home, ACOs)
- Hear about how these models are being pursued across the country
- Ask questions or share local insights
- Reflect on the future of general practice in your area
The webinar will be led by Dr Simon Poole, GPC policy lead, and is CPD accredited.
For any queries about the event, please contact Marie Rogerson (firstname.lastname@example.org).
A recording of the webinar will be available on the BMA website after the event, on the LMC page.
